Ordering

All orders for goods are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which are available in full on this web site.

Where the goods are not available from stock, you will be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order. No items are charged for until at point of dispatch.

Price and Payment

Prices are inclusive of VAT and standard delivery charges.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

Delivery

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within approximatly 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Express Delivery

There is a £5.50 charge for Express Delivery (Special Delivery - Royal Mail), next working day before 1pm. (Signature Required - please telephone for availability on this service). Orders for Express Delivery can only be accepted by telephone before midday the day before delivery is due (provided item(s) are in stock)

Returns

All returns must be reported within 14 days of delivery if the goods are damaged. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods should be returned to The Newcastle Boutique. You shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.

If items have been un-opened (ALL hosiery items that are opened - are non-returnable and if returned, will be returned to the buyer) no refund or exchange will be given, unless damage is due to the manufacturer (please see below). All other items (excluding hosiery) that have been returned to us and not returned in the condition that they were sent, will also be non-returnable or refundable and will be retuned to the buyer.

All items that are returned to us in the condition that they were sent are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days. Goods need to be returned back to us within two weeks.

Any goods that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded. However we reserve the right, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. If not genuine, the goods will be returned to you along with a report from the manufacturer. We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number on the package. Special orders (i.e. goods ordered in specially that we do not normally stock) can not be returned.
